Rental Assistance Program
Provides payments to prevent rental eviction for families with low-income who are unable to pay rent.This program provides:

Applicants are required to provide documentation supporting the need for assistance along with other identifying information. All of CAN’s services require updated information regarding household size, income and residency at each visit.
Identification: Required for all household members 18 and over
Proof of Income: Income information for all household members (accepted documents: SSI, SSDI, TCA, Food Stamps, Section 8, Paystubs for last 30 days, child support, unemployment, or pension) | Clients with no source of income may be able to submit a notarized letter to support lack of income

The FC assists with the Prescription Vouchers. In partnership with Gardenville Pharmacy, the FC offers financial help for select prescription medications for clients who receive Medicaid and Medicare and have private insurance. They offer a sliding scale for uninsured individuals, and our Health Benefits Advisors can tell you if you qualify for discounts. They can also help you apply for free or low-cost programs. Mon - Sat, 8 AM - 5 PMCharlie Health's virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for teens and young adults who need more than once-weekly therapy. A typical week at Charlie Health include 9 to 11 hours of therapy and combines curated peer groups, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment plans. We accept nearly all commercial health plans (including Optum/United, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and local plans), Medicaid (in states where IOP is covered), and self-pay. We offer immediate intake availability with flexible scheduling around school or work hours. Beyond our standard treatment model, all families and clients have access to 24/7 crisis care, 20+ free family support groups, peer mentors, Alumni Programming, and more.
